As we open the 2024 fall youth football registration, we wanted to give some details on how it will run this year. Due to organizational resources and player availability in the different age groups we cannot guarantee roster spots.
As you register you will be placed on a waitlist. Returning players will be prioritized for teams through May 1st. We will then pull players from the waitlist to fill out rosters.
The sooner you sign up the better chance you have of being placed on a team.

REQUIREMENTS AND FORMS FOR REGISTRATION

Participant Contract and Parental Consent Form
(Grade point average can be left blank. Participant signature must be completed even by young participants. Original required)
Physical Fitness and Medical History Form
(Physical must be done in the current calendar year. Original required)
Participant Birth Certificate
(COPY not original please) (Copy acceptable, but cannot be “Mother’s Hospital” copy)
Complete 2023 - 2024 school year report card or Kindergarten Eligibility Form
(Must include grades for all 4 quarters. Copy acceptable)
2024 Home School Form
Please be sure to register as a volunteer during the registration process.

Background check info
Initiate background check - once you have been approved by the head coach as part of his/her coaching staff - (Link will be given directly to volunteers upon request to organization president) Contact Bobby Karbas via email at [email protected]
Required for coaches on the roster, assistant coaches and team parents. Background checks are good for 2 years.
In addition to completing the above, some volunteers must also complete training. Please refer to the following website for training requirements information and links.

ALL coaches MUST take the USA Football tackle certification or re-certification course.

Upon completion please save your certificate to PDF and provide a printed copy to your Team Mom.

REFUND POLICY
No refund requests will be approved after June 1st of each season.
$25 administrative fee (per registrant) will be withheld from refunds.
